How we use your details
Godaif Village is operated by Godaif Flowers and Accessories Ltd, Casa Asmarina, 26B Turnbull Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
What we collect
When you use a form on this website, we collect what you type in:
- Orders: your name, phone number, email address, your order and any notes, including allergies you tell us about.
- Bookings: your name, phone number, email address, the space, date, time, number of guests, occasion and notes.
- Messages: your name, phone number, email address and your message.
- What's On: your first name (if you give it), email address, phone number, the activity you saved, and whether you asked to hear about future events.
Why we use it
- To confirm and prepare your order, and to tell you how to pay.
- To check availability for your booking and reply with a quote.
- To answer your message.
- To email you the details of an activity you saved, with calendar links.
- To send you news about events, only if you ticked "Keep me posted". You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your details. We only share them with the services that run this website and send its emails: Netlify (website hosting and form storage) and Resend (email delivery). These services may store information on servers outside Nigeria.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the reasons above, and for any records we must keep by law. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, or to stop using them for event news. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
